Nalini Singh's interview with a cover artistHi everyone! In the past, you've asked about how the cover process works. Nalini Singh interviews the artist who did her latest cover, and it's quite interesting! Thought you'd enjoy. You'll find it at her blog. Added November 11th, 2009 by veronica

WOW! I have to say the art work is amazing. This guys is really talented! The same information I read on the blog is kind of what I was gleaning from the (Cherif) Fortin and (Sarah Lynn)Sanders project. Sarah also take a long time to create portraits from the photos. I have before and after shots and it is amazing to see how they come to life. Cherif the model if you remember has talked about the torture Sarah Lynn put him through on some of the shoots
Like standing in freezing cold water with barely anything on for hours until she got the lighting and shots down. Worth it though because the painted version looks stunning.
