Does it help to tell you that the first year I went I was dragged there kicking and screaming? Nah, I'm just kidding but I can say that my friend and I have sooo much fun that day!

Girls Thanksgiving was wonderful. I didn't kill anyone with my turkey. LOL. I think I impressed my father (the chief cook) with my cooking skills. The meat was falling off the bone and it was nice and tender.
Of course convection ovens make EVERYTHING easier! LOL

me too! the real test will be cooking for people who are NOT family. LOL your family might choke back bad cooking and do it with a smile (more like a pained grimace) but your friends...heh-heh now that's a different matter!
