I'm currently reading Surrender the Wind by Rita Gerlach and e-book Dark of kNight by T.L. Mitchell.
I am between books at the moment. Just finished a story about a typical german family during WW2 who try to get along with the system without engaging more with the nazis than they must (Tadellöser und Wolff by Walter Kempowski) and fail miserably. Now I am preparing for something really heavy, Grimmelshausen's Simplicissimus, a very thick book, written about 1660 about a young man's adventures during the 30 years war. Sombody has been so kind as to translate it into modern german, still somewhat heavy reading.

I'm currently reading The Runaway McBride by Elizabeth Thornton and e-book Blood Dance by J.L. Oiler.
Currently I am reading Sherrilyn Kenyons 'League' series. I am also reading 'Fragile Eternity' by Melissa Marr, and I have just finished Gena Showalters 'Atlantis' series. By last count, I still have over 40 books to read yet by various authors. One day I'll list them all, they tend to be fantasy/romance...and I'm still looking for more scottish fiction authors :) ideas anyone?

Phoebe, how many books do you do a day?
Veronica: surprisingly Simplicissimus is fun reading although very baroque in every conceivable way with lots of moral excursions about the condition of the world. Still very captivating and Mr. Grimmelshausen was a contemporary of our heroes and the heroe's mother is Scottish.
